The opportunity
what supertrac offers
Supertrac offers existing business brokers and other M&A market participants, who may already have an established brand and for whom there may be little attraction of adopting the Supertrac brand, access to an outsourced generic M&A marketing platform.
This facility is likely to best suit organisations with existing brand IP who wish to promote and provides the benefits of Supertrac’s marketing resources without being overtly associated with Supertrac. The generic marketing service is offered by a related entity.
This option provides the benefits of utilising Supertrac’s database without diluting your existing brand or confusing the market. Supertrac does not have contact with your clients (we don’t even need to know their names) or prospective purchasers once they have responded to the marketing.
There is a one off fixed fee per client project, which is currently $3,000 plus GST.

Supertrac markets businesses nationally and globally, and also sources acquisition targets using the same marketing resources.
Supertrac’s Database
The primary source of prospective purchasers is Supertrac’s proprietary database. This database covers all or most organisations in Australia with more than 10 employees, and corporate, private and international investors.
The database’s structure allows for ready identification and targeting of prospective purchasers and is understood to be one of the best sources of business intelligence available.
The database is constantly being expanded and updated and contains more than 150,000 qualified entries, classified according to SIC (Standard Industry Classification) codes, line of business and other key criteria.
Millions of dollars have been invested in the database over the past 10 years and more than $200,000 is currently invested pa maintaining and updating. It is a significant strategic asset to those seeking to efficiently carry out M&A activities in the $1M-$50M market segment.
Supertrac also utilises other global business databases to maximise the number of prospective purchasers targeted directly in the marketing process.
Supertrac’s experience is that direct marketing is the most cost effective and efficient way to reach targets.
